Become part of a giant purpose.  The greatest, most lasting joy in life comes from being part of something bigger than yourself.
Develop your BIG WHY.  With a big enough why, you can accomplish almost any how.  Once you’ve set great goals, you’ll need the kind of focus and consistency to make them happen that can only come from a great reason why.

Step 3.  A Healthy Brain
The most overlooked part of a strong mind is a healthy brain.  Sleep deprivation, a daily dose of caffeine, negative self-image, dietary chemicals, and excess stress have escalated to all-time highs across the world. Any of these will cause brain burnout, increased stress hormones, chronic fatigue and destructive thinking.
